Credibility

People can sense through our actions (what we do and what we say) what kind of person we are. If we have personal responsibility, if we are reliable, if we have honor and integrity, people will view us as being trustworthy.

People will be more inclined to take us for our word. They will be more likely to hire us or give us a promotion. They will be more likely to want to help us. They will be less likely to be resistant to us.

When we are accountable to ourselves and display a high level of personal responsibility, we develop credibility that helps create pathways to success in life.
